Help!!! I have been charged for an old number for over 6 month

All attempts to get this resolved or even get a response failed. Please help.

a phone number I changed since May last year, only remains in my verification . Never used since then.

i discovered that while I was away sick, my current number and the old number ( that I have changed my current number FROM) have been charged from my visa for the last 9months.

how do I fix this? How do I get my money back.

@Nnnooo usually that shouldn't happen.  From what I see , it almost like you created two accounts instead of a phone number change.  Did you check with agent and what they said??

you can login My Account and make the change

you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email

Once you logged in, go to Profile Page, Manage EverSafe id, and you can then update the phone number there

If you cannot login still, then simply as PM support to help to change it for you.  Open ticket via message:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
