I've just ported over my phone from a different provider to Public Mobile. I'm not receiving any incoming calls. How can I get support to get this fixe

@ng17 - try restarting your phone, and perform a rest of the device's network settings (which is not a bad idea after changing providers).

@ng17 sound like a stuck port. Did you reply the text from your previous provider within 90 months? Call the porting team for update. Will send you the number on Community inbox. Check the envelope icon

@ng17 Did you reply to the SMS from your previous provider authorizing them to release your number to PM? You need to leave your old SIM card in and use it until it stops working. This will indicate the port is complete. I will PM you a number to call for help with your port.
