@Johnheleta If you don't want to transfer your number to another carrier, just dial 611 and turn off autopay. Your account will close 90 days after current plan expires.

@Johnheleta just login to My Account, disable Autopay and then remove your credit card. You acciunt will then be suspended after this cycle and will be closed after another 90 days

Disable autopay
- Remove credit card info to avoid accidental charges by PM.
Account will be suspended due to payment at next renewal date. 90 days after suspension, account will be cancelled. You have 90 days to change your mind by paying and reactivate your account.

Log in to your account Remove Autopay and credit card info. If you port number out to different network, your PM account is closed automatically.
