I have two mobile accounts, wondering why this offer only arrives by email in one account. I have had two emails for this offer both in the same account nothing in the other.

Is this offer for all PM customers or for a selected few. Create an account page doesn't mention this up front.

Reason for asking, a friend want to bring his spouse into PM and is wondering if everyone qualifies?

From the morning of May 20 - 11:59pm eastern of Jun 6 all referrals will be on this promo. Check with your friend if maybe possibly they got $10. They shouldn't. But maybe. You can check your rewards page for the list of numbers in your referral list to see if they're there.
