Having trouble Activating plan with Voucher

Hello

Looking to activate plan using voucher (Don't have Credit Card) but am stuck at the activation page. There doesn't seem to be an option on Step 2 of the activation page. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have personally activated another line with PM in October and did not use a CC. There was an over ride process that had to be done

I'm not sure that is true, I know several people who have activated with PM using vouchers in the last 2 months without credit cards. An agent was involved to over ride the activation

@Ambro  you can only activate  a plan with credit card, or Visa/Mastercard Debit issued by Canadian Institutions. 

Vouchers can be used to pay the plan after signing up with the above listed.

Do you have wifi access or a place you can go to to get wifi? I do know that the app is needed to complete activation but if you do not have the option the support agent might be able to assist you with completing the activation and then later you can install the app once you have data working

Hi, Don't have the app on the phone and can't get it because no data (plan is not activated yet)

Yesterday I had to message support and it took just over an hour to hear back just as an FYI, but they should respond.

@Ambro just to confirm do you have the Public Mobile app installed on your phone? You must complete the activation process through the app, not the website. If you are still having issues you can contact as support agent.
