select a new phone number rather than Transfer phone number. I am unable to get back to Transfer phone number. No help from customer support. Is there a way to go back to that or can my Activation process be cancelled and reset to I can start over.

let's complete the activation with the new number first, and you can Transfer phone number after
Complete the activation and confirm incoming/outgoing calls and text are data all working well
Then login My Account, go to Profile page, click the Transfer phone number and request porting.
