@makkahn28Invalid SIM occurs when you get locked out from the system or when you are trying to use a previously activated card. If you got locked out you need to wait an hour. If the card has been previously activated then you need to purchase a new card.

Is the watch compatible with Public Mobile?  Are you able to activate the SIM in your phone, to receive the text message with the verification code?

Remember, a data only sim doesn't receive any SMS message other than those (I think) from PM directly.  Also no telephone voice calls either.

Try using a different internet browser, or waiting an hour and trying again. Sometimes the system needs a minute but then it will work.

Was the sim purchased at a retail location ?  If it was then you should return it and exhange it for a new one.

My Mother asked me to do this, I do have 3 More Sims, But what a waste for the 4th

@makkahn28, now you have been around a long time.  Have you tried the private browser and all the other options?  If you have tried the private browsing and still get this error that you will need to get in touch with the MODS.  You say it is a new sim for something, is this something a new line with PM or what?

You've been here for 4 years and have lots of participation...you know how to search and who to ask.

Wait an hour and try again. Clear cache, try incognito, different browser.
