Some banks list temp and posted charges. They can appear in both places for a few days. It might be only one. If they did charge twice, you'll need to follow the earlier advice about contacting moderators.

The extra funds won't be lost and can be used for your next payment. They will show in available funds. A moderator could give you a refund for the extra charge if you wish to do that.

Log into My Account...do you see your second payment as Available Funds ? If so, those $$ will just be applied during your next renewal and your credit card won't get touched that time.

Did you double click while signing up?  You should be able to get the mods to give you a credit for your next renewal.

You will need the assistance of the Moderators and to do that you will need to create a Trouble Ticket.  Click this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon.  Follow the prompts to get to the Contact Us button and then a Submit Ticket button will appear.

Community Moderators are available from Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern)
