Having activation trouble

I made my account, subscribed and downloaded the E-sim. My phone is still on the old network.
I put my old phone number in when subscribing, and my cc has been charged already. I'm not sure whats wrong.

if you still cannot install the eSIM and you cannot make calls from the PM eSIM, you will  have to ask PM to check  for you.  You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

hi @Ivs make sure your PM eSIM is set to enabled or "Turn on this line" and also set as Primary 

and the port, did you get a text from your old carrier about the port request and you replied yes?  You can check with PM porting support team and confirm the port status.  I will send you the number to PM Porting support team  Please check your community inbox
