Haven't reveived sim card

I ordered my sim card on February 26 and I still haven't received it yet. Is there a way for me to cancel the sim and pick one up from a local shop?

glad it works finally @Sugarcrisp1 

the card likely lost on the way.  I wouldn't ask them to resend,  just push them to let you get one locally and ask them to pay you back the extra.  (unless you live far away from any Telus/Koodo store)

Hey hTideGnow. It looks like there must have been issues with the site. I had been trying off and on for a few hours and couldn't send them a message. I've was able to this time and just waiting for their followup

yes, you should have got the card by now, probably problem with Canada Post.  Please check with CS agent for update, maybe ask them to let you buy from Telus/Koodo stores instead and have them to reimburse you.

its been known to take 3 weeks for delivery of that PM sim. Get one locally, then message Customer Support for credit to your account.
