Have not received my sim card

Hi there,

I bought a sim card and a new plan on March 4, 2024 and I havent received my sim card yet. It still says "processing" but it says it should have been delivered March 13th. Can someone provide me with an update?

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agents

@AamnaC - A SIM card can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

If you need it ASAP, go to your local TELUS / Koodo Store (Or even any Mobile Klinik) for a SIM card. Also Amazon has them for $5 at discount.
