hi, my payment was completed yesterday for upcoming month, but i need to change my plan today, how can i make a money transfer from the yesterday unused payment for the new plan? thank you.

PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provider refund, so request like that can be tricky
but because it is only one day, maybe support agent can help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
