Haven't received sim card

Ordered a sim card 7 days ago but until now have not received yet. How many days still to wait?

please submit a ticket with CS agent , ask if you can buy a new one from Telus or Koodo store and they pay you back the extra

Already over 3 weeks but still not received the sim card yet. Anythings wrong?

Normally it should take up 10 working days but some members have reported it took up to 3 weeks…Canada Post taking their time in delivering your SIM.

When I ordered mine it took a little while too. They say it should only take 7 days, but unfortunately that's 7 business days which should be around a week and a half. On PMs FAQs it says if it has been more than 8 business days you should check your email receipt to make sure the mailing address is correct. Hope it comes in soon!!

Ordering a SIM Card directly from PM can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered and you don’t get any tracking. It is due to this that we recommend purchasing one from a local Telus Corporate store or from Amazon (cheaper and faster shipping). If 10 business days pass and the SIM still hasn’t been delivered please reach out to customer service for an update.
