I referred a friend an they subscribed but I haven't received my referral award, how does this get corrected?

I know and they OWE ME a bunch of CHa-CHings! I had a pretty good holiday referal season and if I got any CHa-CHing Text messages it was back in the Black Friday time frame, nothing since then. But, yes... prior to this I got enough Bogus CHa-CHings to last a lifetime!

Thanks, I didn't know that I could review the numbers of tgose that I had referred. When I looked the referral number was there. Thanks.

Public Mobile has stopped sending the "Cha-ching! You've just successfully referred a friend..." messages due to glitches with people receiving these erroneously. So you'll have to check your referrals list in self-serve to confirm if it showed up or not. Should show up very soon after their activation, like less than 30 minutes.

@Bear2 @Johnc2780 Do you see the number of the referral in your rewards as shown by @Dunkman? It will not show up as a credit in available funds. It WILL show up as a credit on renewal day, applied before they charge your card / tap available funds. It is treated the same as the $2 autopay reward.

Do you see your friend's phone number in your list of friend referrals?

If you don't see the number, your friend has to contact moderator to get your referral credited to your account.

Your friend will need to contact the moderators to confirm the referral code they used when activating. Did they receive the $10 in their account?
