Haven't received SIM card

Hello Public Mobile, 

I haven't received my SIM card and it was supposed to come in the mail by Canada Post. It was supposed to come on June 21st and now it's June 25th

I've just been contemplating if its going to arrive

Well you have 3 choices

1 wait it out till it comes in

2 if your phone is capable of an esim you could download one and be up and running is a few min to an hour or 2

3 order one from Amazon for 5$ and it should be delivered in a day or 2

sim card can take long.  Some said they don't receive until 3 weeks later.  But wait until end of this week.  If no sight of it, then open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right

Oh that's nothing.  Sim cards take around 2 weeks or 10 business days to arrive.
