Hello. My service hasn't been working since Saturday. I've PMed the mods, and haven't received any response. My status on self-serve says active, and payment for my 90 days plan has been taken. Can a mod please respond to my messages ASAP, as it's been nearly 48 hours since I've been able to make calls or use data on my phone.
I've already sent my phone number details in the PM.

I'm coming from Rogers and I did port my number, but I've already been with Public Mobile for 3 months. They seem to be having a lot of issues with renewals though...

Hi Rosie,
have you tried using your old SIM to see if service is still active with your old provider? If it's still working, you should use the old SIM until the moderators can fix your porting issue.

Just curious, what company are you coming from? I'm afraid to get my friend to switch over cause I see lots of people having problems porting from Rogers..
