Public mobile customer service is all online.  There is no call center and no live chat feature.  

Is there a specific question or concern?  Many times, community members on this forum are able to help answer questions without need of Customer service agent.  

If you need account help. then you will need to submit a ticket for CSA help.  Click on the chat icon on right lower corner of website and then follow prompts to submit a ticket. If issues, then you can also sent a private message to CSA via the following link:

Expect a 1-2 hour response time. However, most of the CSA team is not working right now. Hours of operation: Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 10 PM EST
