Can’t make or receive calls on my renewal day

I just recently changed from the $39 plan to the $45  5G plan and can’t make or receive calls. When I answer a call it drops immediately and when I try to make a call it says call failed. I’ve tried to submit a ticket and it shows an error. Does anyone know how I can get help for this issue and talk to a live person?

@Geedubz try putting your sim card in another phone, it could force a sim card re-provisioning and could resolve the issue quickly

Hey @Geedubz Sounds like a network issue.

Go into your settings on your phone, go to network settings, take it off automatic, then choose Public Mobile and reboot your phone. Let me know if that works.
