NO IT DOES NOT, I GET THE SAME MSG "Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later." AS ALL DAY YESTERDAY TRYING 3 OTHER CARDS.

Just login to your account and go to the Payment section and edit your current CC info.
On the app:

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
