Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private message might take longer.
A customer support agent isn't needed to change the account PIN. This can be done from within Self Serve.

if you are referring the 2FA security code, it is a random code sent by PM system when you login, you will be given a choice to send to your email address or phone
the 4 digits PIN is to used for *611 or to open ticket

Please note that there is no customer service available over the phone. Your account PIN isn't needed to log into your Self Serve. Logging in is done with your e-mail addresss and password.
