What is going on? I am being sent in circles in the chat box and being told the only way to get help on my private account is to post a PUBLIC forum post? How do I talk to a human being?

Thanks - I managed to send a direct message in the end (it would not fill in the "send to" several times).

yes, forum is not a real suppor ticket, we just try to help you if the issue can be fixed without support agent
but if you want, submit ticket using one of the two ways above

When I do that it wants to post publically to the forums not a service ticket.

PM support is all online. They won't talk to you on the phone unless the issue was very technical and esclated
