I am been overcharged for automatic top-up on my account since February. Please, how do I stop this because I cannot see this under my subscription details. If I donot get this sorted I would have to leave public mobile and go to another service provider,

so, you checked the Payment history and you do not see 2 lines on those months ($28 and $35)?
i think you really should have support agent to check

It shows for automatic top up of 28 dollars while my usual subscription is 35 so they have been charging 28 dollars and 35 dollars since February. I did not realise until now. i checked my subscription and cant seem to see that i subscribed for automatic top up

how much overcharged? duplicated ? or just a bit more? remember you need to pay tax on top of your plan price
and you confirmed that they were not pending charges?
