Why isn’t there a SIMPLE way to contact support? Where do I message privately? This whole community thing is ridiculous.

It does work..but...sometimes (usually) we, in the Community can provide resolution alot faster than waiting for Customer Support to help. Unless it's an account related issue, we can likely help much faster.

hi @Cwerbo all mobile carrier has community now, they hope to lower the ticket and help out the agent
but open ticket by ChatBot or direct message is easy, just give them 2 to 4 hours and usually issues will resolved then

That is a way PM business model has been set up.
All questions are handled by customers like yourself and only account issues are handled by PM agent through Ticket (direct mail).

while you go through that ritual, give us a chance to try to resolve your concern, if possible. What seems to be your problem with your cell service today ?
