Turned on MMS? Or do you mean cell data?
Adding - or even was it turn on send as mms in imessage?

Powered off phone and turned on MMS and it now works. Thanks

Group texts are MMS. Turn on cell data. If you haven't already.

Do you use native SMS app or 3rd party app?
How about plain SMS/MMS? Do they go out?
