My old provider told me they don't text

@WAWAZAT are you using eSIM and both sim active on your phone??
you got a text from your old provider yet?? did you reply YES to approve the port??
If not, call the porting support team and they can re-trigger the process
After you replied the text to your old provider, you can reboot your phone and test calling yourself and see if PM sim rings. If you have both sim, old and new, on your phone, better to disable the old one. But only disable old one IF you have replied the porting authorization text to your old provider

@WAWAZAT No one will contact you , did you reply YES from the old providers sim to the confirmation text to port ? .but I’ll send you the printing team number private message right away . And they can te trigger the port request for you . Just give them the old providers account number and ignore the IMEI it’s not needed anyways
