SIM card # entered. Tried again to activate then the SIM card# failed during second activation attempt. What can I do?

This error message 404 is happening all too often, if you check back a good number of people have had the same problem, I previously advised that we have a bug in system, still has not been corrected, This problem discourages people from joining, if have problem joining then what other problems are there, they become frustrated and go away. I know I lived it, but thankfully stuck with it with help of community.

I also showed an error message and was requested to start over but later that day I found a text message advising that I was activated and welcome, and on checking my phone found I was activated

Hi @austephen this means that you have already activated your sim card. Log in your self serve account using your email address as your username and the password that you just created. On the overview page, if your account says Active, that's good. Now click the My Plan and Add-ons, if you see your number there, then Public Mobile has done it's job.

Try to clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser. The website can be finicky at times.

I got the error 404 last night when trying to activate. My card has not been charged. I tried to activate this morning and it does not allow me to use this SIM card# again. I am frustrated as no one to talk to,

Check your credit card to make sure that you were not charged. Try clear your cache and cookies then reboot. Also try waiting an hour to activate your account.

The service might be activated. Check if the Public Mobile service is working. Also check if your card was charged. If your card wasn't charged, wait 50 minutes before attempting activation again.
