Went to order a sim card as my phone died and replaced it with an older phone that didn't support e-sim and had got charged for 3 sim cars when only ordering one

I had exactly the same thing happen on Sunday! But the system won't allow me to submit a ticket.

they went through thought it was a pending payment a few days back but will submit a ticket

you sure one or two of them were not only a pending charge?
just submit a ticket with CS Agent, show them your credit card log and ask them for refund
