I also got the same email and I just filled that survey. I think they send email to their old customers (with legacy plan) who just shifted to online-only plans. So maybe their system take that as a change of plan, as in survey there was an answer option "open a new public mobile account".

I think everybody got this email! I truly believe that Public Mobile website just got hacked! If you tried to go to 'My Account' now (1130pm PST), you will see a new message. Obviously, Public Mobile is trying to figure it out.

I got an email to do a survey for one of my accounts that has left for Koodo. I think they may have messed up the database and just picked customers who were targeted for a migration plan and asked why they left even if they did not.
