I need a proof of ownership of my telephone number. I follow the instruction to download an invoice, but the document dose no show my telephone number. From where I can get a document of my account?

Why don't you just screen print details from your account?
Or if that is not good enough open a ticket and ask agent for assistance.

PM is a Prepaid carrier and cannot be used as an address proof. but you can check if PM support agent if you want to
