@Gillabon1984 your phone is not fully compatible with PM network but should have enough compatible network bands to have data running
Try to Reset Network Settings on your phone
if it does not work still, update the APN settings as follow

Your phone is compatible with PM.
Try resetting the Network setting and see if that works.

PM doesn't freeze data or roll unused data over.
What plan are you on? What is the make and model of your new phone?
It could be the settings.
