Hi, I recently switched to $55 plan thinking that I might use lot of data when I am out. But out of 20 GB not evey 1 GB is utilized still.

I want to go back to $15 plan with unlimited Canada wide call. Please help. 🙏

Disregard the answer from Alexandf.  Of course you can switch back to your old plan.  Just follow the steps mentioned by the other experienced community members.  Good luck! 😊

You can change back to the $15 plan if you want. I suggest you select Change at next Renewal.

edit...Log in to your account / Plan and Add-ons / click Change My Plan. Use the little yellow arrow to scroll to the plan you want...Then click Change plan on next renewal date.

@monakaushal0717   you can definitely schedule a plan change for next cycle

Unfortunately, PM is prepaid provider and won't be able to refund or do partial refund with your current cycle even you didn't use much of it.
