My email account that I use to login has been deactivated, and it's saying it's sending a verification to my email address, but I can't access it. Can I switch my email to an active email address?

If your account is still Active, you can still use your old email address and password then have the 2FA code sent by text.
Only with the help of a CS_Agent can change the email address on your account.
