Hi folks. I recently bought a reconditioned phone and have yet to receive my $5 credit which should carry on for six months. I bought the phone on October 12...any idea how long it takes for the credit to kick in?

HI @marcmonsarrat do you have another account on Community? Just saw a similar post, the other one are basically the same except she bought her phone on Oct 13
are you using the same email address as you used on My Account to make the purchase?
you can open ticket with PM CS agent and they will confirm. Provide them the order number and email address and they will add it back for you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Are you sure that you used the same email address.as your PM account, when you ordered your phone for the promotion?
If you are sure, get hold of a customer service agent and have them check.
Give them the order number and the email address that you used. Good luck.
