Hello
I purchased a refurbished phone on October 13. I was supposed to get a $5 credit each month for 6 months. I have not seen this on my bill.

I recall the CPO was a one time $30 credit.
Members correct me if I am wrong.
Login to your account and login again into your Rewards section and check to see if it is shown in your account.

are you using the same email address as you used on My Account to make the purchase?
you can open ticket with PM CS agent and they will confirm. Provide them the order number and email address and they will add it back for you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
