Hi, i just replaced my simcard because its not working, can i refund my payment for buying a new sim card, because the person who sell me the simcard told me that i can refund my payment.

hi @Eddlyn where you bought it from?  they usually willing to reimburse if you have a proper receipt

There is no refund on activated SIM cards.

But you never know... open a ticket and explain your situation to agent.

It does not hurt to try. You would need to take it up with a customer agent. Try to message them with the chatbot. If that doesn't work, use the following link:
