GOING TO THE USA...NEED TALK, TEXT AND DATA

Hi,

I'm heading to the USA, and need Talk, Text and Data. I have done this in the past but have had problems after 15 days while trying to renew for another 15 days. Have things improved?

Should I get the ADD-ON the night before we leave Canada for the USA?

You could try switching your plan to a Canada + USA plan for the month…. Not sure if that makes sense in your situation, but it’s another option.

Thanks for the quick reply, I will do it like I have in the past just a few hours before we cross the border.

I was hoping after the first 15 days, the next 15 day renewal service might have improved instead of me waiting 3 days to get it. Thanks golfball.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind but I guess the other person would need WhatsApp as well.

You could just use Whatsapp or similar app to call, text or video chat on WIFI or Data.

It doesn't have to be the night before but that will make it easier. You simply need an internet connection if you're using self-serve.

Trying to renew after 15 days still has a waiting period.
