Hi,
How can I port my subscription with same phone number to a new IPhone (14 from US, no SIM available)? I purchased and downloaded a PM eSIM on the new phone, but it is still impossible to port on my own. Thanks!

Good to hear that it resolved by itself. Usually a customer service agent will respond to the ticket before fixing the issue.

Yes you described my situation correctly. For some reason it started working the day after, not sure if it’s because I submitted a ticket or because the transition in the backend was slow…

Are you an existing PM customer with a physical SIM card? Now you have a new iPhone 14 with only eSIM compatibility. You want try transfer your PM service to new iPhone? If so, you are correct to download the PM app on the new iPhone and via the app, purchase $5 eSIM from the app. Once purchased, the eSIM will then by installed on your new iPhone.
