Complete lost of countries to roam on “ 300 International Long Distance Minutes” add-on

I see there are some countries listed, but the one I’m interested in (South Africa/ +27)-

where can one find a complete list or confirmation that it will work?

Based on your title, you should know that Public Mobile only has roaming service in the United States and Mexico, but no where else.  Long distsance does not mean that you can travel to those locations and make phone calls while there.

S Africa doesn't appear to be on any of the lists to be able to call using your Public Mobile service.
