Hi, I recently switched over from rogers and made an attempt to keep my phone number but didn't accept the request from rogers when prompted. Now my new plan with public doesn't work properly and I've had to resort to using my rogers sim again while paying for both. I've opened 2 tickets with support since last week and still haven't heard anything. What are my options here? Thanks.

the problem was that you didn't complete the steps to port
Did you get a text from Rogers asking your permission to port the number, did you reply YES?
It likely an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
