Hi,
I activated by January 14th before midnight on the 15th of January but it is charging my credit card for the plan even though I used the email I had entered for the promo. How can I get my charge reversed or the promotion as advertised honoured please? Thanks!

Hi @laurabellee
The promotion adds the amount of your plan as a credit within 30 days.
It will effectively cover your 2nd month of service.
