You meet the criteria of the promotion. You should receive the promotions within 30 days as per terms and conditions. If you have not, then contact moderator at that time.

It does state in the terms and conditions ( scroll to the very bottom of the promo landing page):
"The 5GB one-time data bonus will be applied to rate plans of $25/month or more. Bonus data will expire if account becomes inactive or the rate plan is changed. "
(Bolded for emphasis)

According to the terms and condition if your account becomes inactive or if there rate plan change then you can lose the 5GB add-on.

Know what? That was actually what I was really wanting to inquire about ... the FREE 5GB add-on - posted on December 22, 2020, because it says you must activate on a $25 plan or higher.
So I changed my original post to reflect that!

While you will retain the Holiday add-on's for the More the Merrier promotion, as you've referred to a "free 2nd cycle" in your question, if that means you also received the 5 GB + 2nd month free for a recent activation, you'll likely lose the 5 GB activation add-on by switching to the $15 plan.

- 500min INTL Long Distance (incl CA & US)
Yes, you would still keep these two add-ons after changing your plan.
