Hi
My elderly parents both have their service with PM. The credit card in their account is about to expire. I have tried to recover their email but the access code is sent to said email! It is quite the circle. Understandably they do not use their email and only created one for the purpose of gaining a PM account.
How can I obtain access to their accounts again to update the payment method?

if you tried Forgot Password link on the login screen but still unable to get back into the account, then you will need to ask PM agent to help. You can submit ticket by direct message:
