Joined PM today but forgot to enter the promo code 12MONTH2GB. Can anyone help me add this to my account so i get the promotion?

Did you activate on the $25 plan? For a higher data plan? You may be able to use the promo code 2GBBONUS if you activated a $35+plan on the 3G service. It has not been reported whether or not that promo code will work on the 4G service or not. This promo code has an unlimited expiry date vs 12 months for the other promo code.

HI @Lynnlegros if you activated within the last couple days, there is a chance PM CS Agent will still honour the promotion , just open ticket with them:
open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

your account it's Eligible 2GB data free for 12 month, contact PM support team by CS_Agent to add it in.

No worries, you can contact a CS_Agent and indicate you missed entering the promo code.
They can be reach through SIMon Chatbot and type in create a ticket bottom of page or private message them envelope icon above.

@Lynnlegros - you could ask CSA nicely if they would allow you to add it to your account even after activation. No guarantees.
