is your number is active and you have no service issue at the moment?
But you still need to get into the My Account? did you open a ticket with PM as advised above ?

@bajwajag - how long have you been in non-pay status for?
After 90 days of suspended/non-payment status, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
1-Lose access to your phone number (and Self Serve account), any rewards or Available Funds balance that was in your account at time of suspension, and won’t be able to transfer the phone number to a new provider in the future.
2-Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.

If you can't remember any of your credentials, you'll need to ask CS for help:
Open a ticket via:

Just click forgot password. Your Username ID would be your email address. Otherwise, create a ticket for the CS Agent to help you.

Try to use 'forgot password' and put all the possible emails to get the reset password link.
Else open a ticket with support agents by clicking the blurb on the bottom right and they ll help you after authorizing.

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
check your email spam,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,
