Signed up a while back, can’t remember what email was used. Should I just cancel with Public or is there someone to help?

@Nathaniel1982 Of course you don't need to cancel PM service just for that
Did you try the Reset Password there? https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
You can just enter all your email address you have now and see if any of those get the reset password email from PM
If that doesn't work, then you can still open ticket with PM Support

Put Public Mobile in the search box in your emails and see what comes up? Your welcome email and recent promotional emails should show up like the Bonus refer a friend credit, CPO Phones, Public Mobile just got better with the new my account, Introducing new 4G speeds..... These emails would indicate this is the email you activated on.

Look in all your possible known email inboxes for the welcome email from here from when you signed up. Or any other marketing or promo emails. That would be the email for the account.
