@Tomtomwalter93 As mentioned above, username is your email address entered when you activated. Using your email, you can reset your password using Forgot Password tool. If you are not sure which email you used, then check all your email accounts and you should've received the Welcome email from Public Mobile on the day you activated.

Have you tried reseting your password?

If that does not work, you will need to contact moderator to help access your self service account.
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
