Please help to reset. Trying to figure out how I used 10gb of data already.

@Illness627 Contact PM CSA_Agent to get your account password reset. Once you're in, review the data usage for the current plan cycle. You can download a CSV report and filter usage by data. That will show you when exactly and how much data you used. Also, see data usage on your phone. Review what apps used the most data. If there are apps that you don't often use on data, turn them off so they only work when you're on WiFi.

For both you have to contact agent.
PIN can be only reset, agent cannot see it so you have to come up with new one.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.
