I activate my sim 6 months ago and now unfortunately i forgot the email I used for my registration. I only have access to my number. Could you help me with login into my account?

@sabereh if you setup your account 6 months ago, you must activated yourself online and you must have used an email address
But no worry , you can message support and they can look up the email address used for you

Unfortunately Nothing! Maybe I have entered an email that I can't remember now. there should be a way to access the login information just only by accessing the phone number! the ai bot is awful. it gets stuck in a loop!

@sabereh - check your email's spam and junk folders. It likely ended up there.

I tried Forgot email link and it asks me for my number, after I enter my number, it says we sent an email to your email! but I checked all my emails and I haven't received any email!
Forgot password link doesn't help me because I don't know my email at this step,

you can first try to Forgot email link ( https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotemail?locale=en&ForceAuth=true ) and then Forgot password link ( https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/forgotpassword?locale=en&ForceAuth=true ) on the login page there. They will send you the "hints" via SMS/email.
If that does not help, please open ticket with PM support
