Forbidden A1

My account is suspended since I lost my credit card and payment from my credit was not successful, then I tried to open my account and change my pre-authorization credit card payment! I cannot open it and it gives me error “Forbidden A1” and calling 611 doesn’t work for me as it is required account 4 digits pin code, and I don’t know what is that?

anyone can help me how to activate my account?

Use the Website, and follow this Link. Even if you don't have the option on your Account to set an account PIN, you can through this link.

Exact same thing happened to me ... I don't recall making a code ? PLEASE HELP !

@Mosen , I’m able to sign in to My Account & Public Mobile app as of Tuesday, August 15, 3:30am (ADT)! So they are working again. 🙂

@Mosen, you can use @hairbag1 suggestion without needing your pin #. You can also purchase a voucher online using “MuskBird” which is what I use sometimes.

Edit: Also, sent CS_Agent a private message sometime to get your pin # reset to one you can remember then make a note of it. 
I was not done typing when a message popped up to provide my feedback on my experience on here! 🙄

forbidden AL means maintenance. or fixing bugs. But it will be back up soon.

The Website and App are currently down. Public Mobile is aware and are working on the problem. Hang tight.
