Hi, I made an account with PM & purchased a paln, transferred my number from Fido, which all worked. But I'm not able to make calls now on PM. When I try to log into my account to see what's going on, I get an error saying Forbidden A1 ... Not sure what Im supposed to do here ?

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .

we saw some talked about this issue. I think it is a setup issue on the system. Please check with support agent.
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
